1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the PickleFlex mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users.
• Posting content that is hateful, violent, or obscene.
• Attempting to manipulate match scores or league rankings.
• Using the App for any fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. Match Scheduling and Safety

PickleFlex facilitates the scheduling of recreational sports matches. You acknowledge that participating in physical sports carries inherent risks of injury. You agree that PickleFlex is not liable for any injuries, damages, or disputes arising from matches organized through the App. You play at your own risk.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, as implemented in our "Strike System" for disputes and behavioral reports.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PickleFlex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
